During this call, we will discuss all of your workflow systems required to operate your business. If you feel I am a good fit, I’ll send you a proposal, service agreement and invoice for payment.
Once that’s signed and paid, you’ll complete an boarding questionnaire. After this is complete, you’ll receive a link to book in for the workflow planning session.

This is your dedicated 2-hour strategy session with me, where we’ll walk through every part of your business, identify the key automations you need, and take a deep dive into your current processes to see what can be streamlined or improved (cue the sigh of relief!).
It’s completely tailored to your business, and by the end of our session, you’ll have greater clarity on your workflows and exactly what content I’ll need from you to bring your business operations to life.

Once you've shared the content we mapped out during our strategy session, I’ll begin building out your workflows, emails, forms, proposals, contracts, and more.
I’ll set everything up using the content you provide, then test each part to ensure it’s seamless and makes sense from start to finish. If anything needs adjusting, we’ll jump on a call to fine-tune the final details together.
When everything’s complete, you’ll receive a recorded walkthrough video so you can see exactly what’s been set up and how to use it.
